favorite recipes and other items of interest (to someone)
SPINACH AND STRAWBERRY
SALAD......Barbara Zust
½ lb. baby spinach
1 pint fresh strawberries
1 oz. toasted almonds (not
slivered)
Dressing (keeps in refrigerator for
months!)
½ cup Splenda
2 T sesame seeds
1 ½ t minced onion
1 t Worcestershire
sauce
¼ t.
paprika
¼ cup
cider vinegar
½ cup olive oil
Put all dressing
ingredients except olive oil in blender. Add oil slowly
with blender on low. Blend until creamy and thick.
Arrange spinach and
strawberries on plates or in a bowl. Drizzle dressing
over salad. Garnish with almonds.
(I just put everything in a
big bowl and mix it that way)
